Can I order online?
Absolutely! We offer online shopping with options to have it delivered across Canada and USA.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes we do. Our stores are all located in Canada and we ship across Canada, USA and offer Internation Shipping options.
Can you ship my order anonymously?
All of our orders ship anonymously. Our branding will not be present on the exterior of the package. Inside the package, however, will contain our normal branding.
Can I track my delivery order?
You’ll be given a tracking link after placing your order to track the key shipment details with the provided carrier.
Can I Order in store?
You can definitely shop in-store at any one of our many locations across Ontario.
How soon will I get my order if I order online?
For province-wide delivery you can expect 1-3 business days and for Canada-wide delivery 2-5 business days. During checkout you’ll be given a more precise delivery timeline based on your address.

Glad you asked! Most of our products feature consumer-class volume options as well as commercial-class volume options and the prices reflect the larger volumes.

Items that are out of stock online typically are also out of stock at our in-store locations. However, if you’d like a timeline, send us a message from our contact-us page amd we’ll be happy to give you one.
Do you ship across Canada?
Absolutely! We ship across Canada with Canada Post. To select this option, simply select “ship it to me” on the product page, or select “delivery” during checkout.
